Isn't there a setting on the MSAR rifles that cuts off the gas system effectively making the gun one that has to be hand cycled after each shot?  I only see the high and low gas settings

Yes but I believe they removed it in the newer production runs of the E4. Mine has it but I have heard there are ones without recently
