I love mine.  I rollsized about 20k of 9mm brass over the course of a couple of days, which amounted to only about 4 hours total work.

That is a whole new level of reloading.

How do you get the neck internal size right on a roll sizing machine?

You still need to full length resize.   The Rollsizer fixes the bulges further down the case than a typical sizing die can reach, eliminating the need for an undersize type of die.

I am a competitive shooter, and doing this reduces or nearly eliminates the rejection rate of my finished ammo.  It also makes automated reloading smoother with less stoppages.

Forgive my disaster of a reloading room, it has long been a storage room above my garage and is quite cluttered, but here is a video of my Rollsizer running at 6,100 cases per hour.

Bought a couple hundred each of 90gr and 230gr bullets. Both FMJ

Cleaned up my reloading room yesterday

Was moving my big ammo can that had different .30 cal. loaded ammo in it. Didn’t latch one end. Open boxes of different sizes spilled to floor.
Just scooped the hodgepodge back into the can. Guess I’ve got that to straighten up today

This is why I gauge EVERY case I ream/swage.  If it passes the Ballistic Tools' gauge, it won't goober up a primer.  That doesn't mean it won't be a little harder to prime some cases, just that the pocket will be big enough not to crush the primer.  It's slower, but less frustrating.

Today I was in clean/neaten mode.  I went through some stuff on a top shelf, looking for a tool...and found I had several empty boxes from stuff I'd got a long time ago.  Now I have a LOT more shelf space, but I have to organize it so I can actually use the shelves.

Oh, and I finally got a MTM ACR8 "Ammo Crate" for my bench rest, which also helped clear up some space in the loading room.

Cleaned and organized my detached shop where my casting stuff is and moved the casting table under the light where a fan can be placed at the end to minimize lead exposure.

Moved 600+ lbs of lead and stacked it nicely so it can get put in the pot when needed.

Considered moving my powder coating stuff out there as well... I may just in the future and make the house garage only for the "loading of ammo" instead of the processing and loading of everything.... You get what I mean?

Still working on load development for the FNS pistols.

180 grain HPs (best groups have been with 180 grain Winchester HP factory ammo).

Went through AA#7 and BE86.  Nothing to brag about.

Yesterday I loaded up the same bullets with Unique and Blue Dot (50 each, in 0.2 grain increments with the top load/charge weight 0.3 grains under max loads listed on Alliant's web site).

No luck on this batch means I drop the FNS pistols for awhile and go to work on 9MM loads for the M&P 2.0 5" FDE, or the M&P 2.0 4" .45 acp (which is shooting better groups out of the box than the 5" 9MM even with an Apex trigger kit and Apex barrel).

Group size.  No use shooting a gun that won't shoot nice groups.

I'm out of crushed walnut media so I am on my way out the door to get some.

Either Harbor Freight Tools for a 25 lb. box of fine grade walnut blasting media

OR...

Petco for a 10 qt. bag of Zilla Lizard Litter "Desert Blend" (11 lbs.) works out to $1.18/lb. + tax

Harbor Freight is the better deal even if you don't have a 20% off coupon

$1.00/lb. without coupon + tax

$0.80/lb. with 20% coupon + tax

Just finished another 5 rds of .223 Rem. This time using the max. online load data

Been incrementally working my way up to it. Probably won’t keep loading that high even if there are no pressure signs
Mainly curious about the velocities from the M855/CFE223 combo.

Not concerned about accuracy testing the M855 as it’s not really supposed to be, anyway lol.
But really, my range is only set up for max. 35yd shots
I’ll have to wait another couple of days to get the chronograph out

Ordered bullets this past weekend from south Florida. USPS has them in Salt Lake City, Utah now

Separated the 9/45/223 from my last group outing (thankfully I'm the only 1 of these group of friends that reloads, so I got a TON of brass).

Just finished my 3rd load of 9mm through the FART.  Last load filled it up about 1/2 way.  45 will prob b 2 containers.  556... It will take a week.  Lol.

Also finished 1k 147gr 9mm.

How just trying to find some cheap 147gr 308 bullets.

Be advised that not all lizard litter is the same.  Zilla brand Desert Blend is consistently sized and they provide great customer support.

I have a bag of Desert Blend and it seemed small compared to my 14/20 grit corn cob media.  I contacted their customer support and they said it was “18/40 mesh” size.  That’s not too bad, and it’s never gotten caught in my flash holes.  Since I don’t use walnut media very often, I am still doing fine with my 11# bag from a couple of years ago.

My loading task today was to follow up on an order I placed yesterday through Arm Or Ally for a metric butt load of Hornady .308 FMJBTs.  As I was logging in to my account there I got an email that said the bullets had shipped.  That was an easy follow up.

A couple of large Amazon boxes arrived today....RCBS Summit Press and all the needed accoutrements for a full reloading setup.  Dies arrive from RCBS later this week (hopefully!).

Best part it is, it didn't cost me a cent!  A full year of 50% work travel has racked up enough Hilton Honors points for me to convert into a $700 Amazon Gift Card!

This is my first time stepping into the reloading game, after nearly 20 years working in the gun biz....starting with 6.5 Creedmoor.

I followed my bullet order from earlier with a powder order.  Powder Valley shipped very promptly; I ordered yesterday evening, and they shipped it today.  It should arrive Friday - along with the bullets.

I'll have a LOT of IMR 4895 for my Garand, plus a couple other powders to mess with for .308.

Since the RCBS single stage is still set up on my bench, I decided to load up some virgin Lapua brass in .223.

I used my Lee hand priming tool to prime them...which I hadn't used in like 15 years.

Then I replicated my mystery loads that had grouped so well at 100 yards.

22.5 grains of H335 under a 77gr SMK with an OAL of 2.25 "

I was using the Redding micrometer adjustable seating die.

I checked the first 5 or 10 for concentricity.  They looked good....so...fingers crossed...these will grouo really well too.

Apparently no one at my range polices their brass.  They also leave their garbage on the berms, and shotgun hulls everywhere.  Picked up far more than I shot in 9, .223 and .45 brass. So guess I'll take that as payment.

I’m more than willing to help with “policing” that range...

My powder and bullets are on time, due to be delivered tomorrow.  So I’ve spent time getting my loading manuals out to research loads for .308.  I have lots of brass (some of which is prepped), and plenty of primers, so it looks like I’ll just need to figure out the loads to test, put them together, then shoot them.

And there are SO MANY powders appropriate for .308, and SO MANY variations in the different manuals that what should be a simple research process will still take a lot longer than I like...  But it’ll be fun and I’ll learn a lot.

Powder and bullets arrived today.  12# of powder is easy to manage, and my wife brought it in after signing for it with the Man in the Brown Truck.

A box of 2100 150 grain bullets, is not so easy to manage.  It weighs about 47 pounds...  And my wife “politely asked me” to collect that box from the mail kiosk.  Then she took me out to dinner for Valentine’s Day.    I sure got myself a winner.
