I had a knife made for me.  The G10 scales are pretty slick.  I am thinking about sanding them to make them grippier.  I don't want to wreck the knife.  Anyone have experience doing this?

You can take them off and try sandblasting them first to see if that is enough grip for you.  I use 180 AO.  I usually only sand my g10 to 120 grit when im making a knife if i want it grippy.
