This is 650 Grain, just wondering if this could be more accurate than "Lake City" ?  could this be similar to American Eagle black box ammo?

I'm gonna go with Lake City ammo seeing how they're one of the last real arsenals left.

Hell, I don't even know if Winchester (WCC, CAL 50) is still making 50 BMG brass or ammo. All of the other WWII arsenals are closed as far as I know.
