I know normal muzzle loading cannons aren't considered DD but if one wanted to reproduce a puckle gun would it need to be registered? I mean it kindv'e has changeable cartridges.. But it's still not anymore advanced than a BP revolver... Just a thought lol.

Changeable cylinders =/= Fixed ammunition.

I don't see anyway a flintlock device could be construed as a DD.
