Forget pics.  We wanna see some videos of this det cord proofing in action    We do thank you for sharing the pics.  Sadly a company called SIG already used that slogan to .... and back etc...........  but I think in your case you could get away with stealing it lol.  That would be a worst case scenario for sure but crazy how well that held up. If you do any testing like that in the future post vids please. We would love that for sure. I like watching those "blew up my silencer" vids on youtube.  Sad to see a good can gone but fun to watch for the educational value of the physics involved when it blows up.

And using high energy RF (radio waves) to induction heat a test sample. We figured out a way to put thousands and thousands of heat/cool thermal cycles on cans to stress the welds looking for any signs of fatigue. This video was taken with our FLIR E60 thermal camera. We have done all manner of harsh, violent things to silencers to push them to the very edge. If you are not breaking stuff in development; you are not trying hard enough...

The Q Trash Panda is full Ti. If he wants to use SBRs or have a faster firing schedule, you'd look for something not 100% Ti.

True.

I was just curious since he was wanting the cherry bomb attachment.  The Dead Air compatibility is what originally grabbed my attention.

Sandman S, maybe the 762SD.

I was going to try it on an AR15, AR10, and R700 .308 16.5"

It looks like a very good competitor to the Sandman S as far as size, weight, baffle count, and barrel length restrictions.   I'd be curious how it does on subsonic 300BO out of an 8-10" AR.
