I know the feeling. Have .22lr, 9mm, 5.56mm and .308 covered for cans. Some of the deals are hard to resist, but would ultimately be redundant, when I really should be saving my pennies for a set of Wizard Eyes.

Radian still has their $599 deal. I know there were a few who ordered last black Friday and there were some delays, but I had no problems ordering from them last June. In fact, I just got one of my black friday purchases just yesterday (nothing to do with this deal, though - another retailer all together) - point being - delays happen

But at least it shares the sound reduction qualities and shorter length of the Omega. And it comes in at 20oz. Plus I can use the 51t maad module without a 3rd party made adapter. Only problem is that it's still in the upper $900 range after transfer fee and stamp

Just take delivery through a "Powered By SS" SOT. Mine will process the paperwork through SS with me paying the $25 fee they charge him. Granted, you'll have the transfer fee from the SOT as well

I picked up a black RC2 on gunbroker for $795 in early January. I did a quick search again and found a different seller with a black or dark earth RC2 for $794.50 plus shipping so might not be that good of a deal.

Seems like a pretty sweet deal if this is in fact a Silencerco Omega 9K copy, manufactured by SiCo and re-branded, as they claim.

If it is the exact same welded core as a O9k then the cosmetic aluminum sleeve and end cap add non-functional girth, length, and weight. But like the original Omega that aluminum sleeve bears the serial number markings so baffle strikes might be more easily fixed under warranty by swapping out the O9k core.

It certainly looks nicer than the steam punk visible welds aesthetic of the O9k.
