Which type of mount would you suggest for mounting a suppressor, and why?

or a ratchet mount, like this one: http://www.advanced-armament.com/repository/product/brake-556-51t.jpg

I already tried searching for anything that could help answer this question, but couldn't find anything at all. Thank you very much, in advance, for all responses and information.
