I also have an RC2 and leave that on the 13.9 and keep the mini2 on the 14.5”. It’s a little spicy for me, but does save some length. |

I think that setup cost more than the rifle and the can that's on it. |

I was going to build a 10/22 SBR, but this fell in my lap cheap, so for now I went this route. I might go a shorter and tuck the silencer into the stock, but haven't decided. So far I've had no issues with any ammo, feeds everything. Colibri's are laugh out loud quite. Standard velocity is my go to, and its quite as well. |

Any close ups on how it attaches? View Quote @bradpierson26 My gears are already turning with the same idea. Basically the stock is welded to the grip panels, then a butt plate attached. Only issue right now is due to the mag release on MK1's being a heel release mag changes are a pain. I'm thinking about replacing the lower with a MK3 for the button mag release, and modifying the grips to work with the slide release, mag release and the magazine button bump on the frame. Originally Posted By bradpierson26: Wow! Do you know anything about the stock/grip panels? Would you presume it’s a one-off homebuild? View Quote Its a aftermarket offering. Company was called Assault Accessories out Tucson back in the 80's. I've only found a couple of references to them in some old gun mags and a couple of forum posts. Grips are just steel panels. |
