What are the details on the upper here?  That looks like a Geissele 416 hanguard.  Is that a piston upper?

It's a KAC DI upper. The upper receiver itself is off a Maxim PDX which is 416 pattern in terms of height and rail compatibility. It takes standard AR barrels but can run 416 handguards making it pretty unique.

Thanks for the reply!  That is a unique upper, indeed.  Very cool!

Did a rail swap on the DDC 16" Mod 2. I had the Geissele Mk8 on there but it was a little too close with the gas block. URX 4 was done by ankratz in his "Dusk" cerakote. I've got a KAC CQB in FDE in jail that will eventually go on this rig.

16" KAC Mod 2 with Sandcutter carrier and chrome E3 bolt
Geissele DDC receiver set, buffer tube
KAC URX 4 in Dusk cerakote
Kahles K16i in Badger 1.7 mount
B5 SOPMOD

Thanks. It's in The Lord's Caliber, .308.
My last can took right about 6 months, so hopefully yours is about to come up.

Farrowtech makes the collapsible arms/mount. You can rock a brace if you want. I had a buddy turn down the tailhook adapter to fit an Ace buttstock.

Thanks, it started as a Remington 700 SPS-T in a .308. Had a Badger bolt knob installed, threaded the barrel and put a SiCo ASR brake on. The can is a SiCo Omega 300. Put it in a KRG Bravo stock then put a Vortex Gen 2 PST 5-25x50 in Badger rings and base on top. The reason it's a little long is that it has the sun shade on which adds about 4" to the tube.

I'm sending the Diablo muzzle device off to ECCO Machine to mod/thread for the same type adapters.  I'll be able to re-mount it over the Griffin brake then when the suppressor isn't on.
