Could this law ever be repeled? or is that something that won't happen?

There banning the 10rnd mags now too.


The Assault Weapons Ban which includes the mag restrictions will sunset in 2004. This means as long as the congress doesn't vote to extend the law or pass a new one. Then all this pre/post ban crap goes away. This also means that you need to do your part to make sure pro 2nd amendment folks are either elected or kept in office to make sure this law dies.

Va-gunnut,

Federal ban should outweigh the state ban, but if there is still a state ban, it should still be in effect.  ie, no sunset clause.

Anything is possible in the future,  the hogs might be hungry.

I agree, so the poor folks in those socialist states will just have to suffer.
