Ohh, man this is funny..

Anyone been wondering WHY all those Galil, and Uzi parts kits are turning up?

The Israelis are totin M-16's now. Lighter, and in the case of a M-4 clone, as compact as the old woodstocked Uzi with better range, controllability, and accuracy..

Pretty interesting test, read that before.

I'd personally kill for a nice "US made" Galil or variant to be imported into the US and become affordable again. Joker at a recent gunshow wanted $2850 for a nice Galil. No way in hell will I ever pay that, but dangit I want one...
