I ordered a Colt Flat top from Specialized Armament Warehouse and they are jerking me around. Has anyone done business with them, and if so, did you have any problems? Do I need to take action

I've ordered from them a couple times with no problems whatsoever.. It takes a couple weeks for them to ship your order but they've always been great about answering questions, providing tracking #s, and delivering exactly what was ordered... What problems are you having in particular?
