   Get a pre-ban Ruger 10/22. They are cheap and you can put a folding stock and flash-suppresor on them. Plus 25, 30, and 50 round mags are easy to get. And all the replacement parts and accessories you could want. |

In NJ, any tube fed .22 that holds more than 15 rounds is "evil" and, therefore, banned. I have an old Springfield .22 that, if it were only marked .22LR would be ok. But because it's marked .22 Short, long & long rifle (and it holds 18 shorts) it's banned as an assault rifle in NJ.

Gunplay, what do you think of that muzzlelite stock? I've heard mixed reveiws of them but love how they look.

If you mean the bullpup stock I don't know I only have a regular folder. If it is on a 10/22 action it would be pretty hard to screw up. I'd try it. Put a 50 round drum (easy to get) on that and you have one cool .22LR!

An M-16 with a .22LR conversion is super evil. Spits out a 30 round stream of .22 LR in 1 1/2 seconds.

Gotcha beat Sukebe. How about an AM180? Doesn't look like much but it'll spit a 275rd stream of .22LR in 10 seconds.

I'm with Sukebe, with a twist. Get some mags from Kurt. He uses the Ciener mags and sets them in 20 or 30 rounders (USA-see there is a good use for them). Load the conversion in your M4gery and see all the looks you get.
