I think that eBay's policy of requiring magazines to hold at least 10 rounds is great!

Screw ebay. Why not just list it on auctionarms or gunbroker? Sure, it won't be seen by quite as many people, but at least you'll be supporting a website that respects the Bill of Rights, unlike ebay, which apparantly sees California's gun laws as the model the whole country should strive for.
I hope he pulls it off, so we can all get a good laugh at ebay's expense. Stick it to the man!

Bacause, as the buyer, on e-bay you're buying a (California legal) 10 round mag. And you, as the seller, certainly aren't gonna get a premium price on a gun related site. And, yeah, I hope he pulls it off too. |
