I have a yellow onc piece Cav Arms lower receiver and I would really like to put a black adjustable palm shelf on it.

I have a regular tactical grip with the shelf on it at home, but I am at work right now and cannot check to see if it would fit.

I was wondering if anyone out there has drilled a hole through the lower to attach a shelf.  Or, is anyone out there bored enough to see if it would work (that being if you had a Cav Arms lower and a palm shelf).

I posted over at the Cav Arms industry forum suggesting that they make a shelf and provide a paper templete for the drilling of the hole, but, if it will work, with say, my grip that I already have, then I might try that.

Whatcha think?
