I have a chance to pick one up at a good price. Its unfired in the original box. I am not a hunter or a hunting rifle collector but who can resist a good deal?! It has beautiful wood and nice engravings on the receiver. A little blue came off the butt plate, but it's really not too bad. It is the 1894-1994 Centennial. Anyone know what its worth? Also it's chambered in 30wcf, I assume that stands for winchester center fire, AKA 30-30? TIA, Frank.

When was it made, and does it have the safety button on the receiver?

I bought one new for $225 and sold it slightly used a few years later for $275.  300 WCF is 30/30.

Pretty, but pointless.
