Got a bayonet that I acquired about 15-16 years ago, and it fits the AR-15 rifle, but it's not an M-7 or M-9. The handle has a rectangular cross-section, the blade has a saw-back feature, and the wire-cutter capability with the scabbard. Blade is about 7" long, and the only markings that I can see are "WEST GERMANY".
Is this some sort of commercial-only product?

Sounds like one of the hoarde of Stoner 63/AR-18 bayonets that Eichorn made up.. Decent blade overall..

Good reference source for bayonets... From your description, might be German Export KCB M5 Bayonet about 3/4 down the page

Looks closest to the KCB M1 bayonet, but with a 7" blade. Thanks for the reference. This exact variant must be out of production.
