Sar 2 mags are for the 5.45 round while Sar 3 mags are for the .223 rounds. I have heard of people modifing the Sar2 mags so they work in Sar3s but am not sure exactly what it entails. I have a Mak90 in .223 and once baught some of these modified mags. They worked very poorly and I had a lot of feeding problems.
