I now have my barrel, 16.1 inch w/ regular birdcage FS. I want to install a Phantom, but it makes the barrel look wayyy to long and spoils (IMO) the overall lines of the gun. (not to mention puts barrel length at damn near 18") Should I
A) Keep the regular Birdcage on the gun and leave it alone, because the birdcage FS is as good as the phantom

B)Put the Phantom on and leave the barrel as is, 'cause Looks shouldn't matter?
Or
C) Have patience to have wait on having the barrel turned down to 14.5 and have the Phantom Permanently installed?

Aprreciate the opinions.

d) wait and see if an 14.5 M4 barrel/upper with  a Phantom shows up in the EE and shoot what ya have and love it?

You have to figure you'll need to change the barrel somewhere down the line.
