500-700 ... What markings?

Check Gunbroker or Simpsons
They were never cheap, around $600-700 when first imported / sold. I would think a nice one would be $1000 ish these days. |

I have seen them marked higher than 700 but I do not know that I have seen many sell for more than 700. I almost bought one year or so ago but skipped when I found a Lee Enfield No4 MK2 "Irish contract" on the same shelf.
