Feels like one anyway.

Dbl bbl hammerless 10ga with 32" bbls!

Mfgr is Armsport, made in Spain.

No 10ga ammo at the gun show. Bass Pro only had steel shot, I don't want that. I guess I'll keep looking.

SOB weighs about 20lbs (feels like). Weight will be nice on the recoil, I'm thinking.............

Never shot a 10ga before. Anyone else have some experience with that caliber?

Can't wait until some punk gets to look at the twin bores from the muzzle end. I bet it'll look like a 105mm cannon.

Now I've got to find that gel recoil pad I have stashed away somewhere.

Pics.

Friend of mine's wife shoots one for waterfowl.  She's pretty fit, runs a fire crew for the state DNRC.

All those in your link are "0" or "00" buck. I think I'll lean towards 4 or perhaps 6 shot. Bass Pro had steel BB shot for $28 & $29 for Federal & Remington. This gun is too nice to use steel shot in, IMO.

My buddy I bought it from is a FFL. He'll get me a box for cost.

go big or go home. I vote for the 00 buck and touch off both triggers at once.

You try out MY rotator cuff for a while & then you get back to me on shooting 0 or 00 buck in 10ga!

You're going to be disappointed.  2 gauges bigger than 12, it's a relatively insignificant difference.  With the advent of of 3.5" shells in 12 ga it's even less of a difference.

My grandpa bought a 10ga semi-auto for goose and turkey seasons.  I didn't think it had "that much" more recoil than a 12ga when both were shooting stainless #4.  It did makes a lot more noise and diffinatly reach out further.

Good luck with the boom stick.

What I tell my dates..........

Not too many 12ga SxS that allow 3-1/2" shells, are there?

My buddy has shot one. He said it'd bounce a milk jug @ 75 paces. No clue as to what shot size he used.

Mine will mostly be used for "get off my lawn" purposes & fun at the range.

That was my thought as well.

Form 1 the barrel length to, say, 10"-12", and while waiting for the stamp to come back, have your local stock expert to cut down and tailor the grip to the old Ithaca Auto Burglar pistol-grip Type-2 style.

Once it's done, you'll be the only kid on your block with a most awesome 10-ga Mad-Max blaster.

No doubt you'll want to get a reloading set-up for making some light "plinking" loads.

RST sells 2-5/8" 10ga shells. I would think these aren't shoulder busters?

Would love to have a coach gun in 10ga. In fact, I would've bought it instead of the THIRTY TWO INCH BARREL model I did get.

Local store had a BPS, some kind of SxS, and a single shot all in 10 gauge.

If I ever buy a 10 I'll buy a Mec or some other press so I can load whatever I want.

Picked up two boxes of lead #5 ammo yesterday at the fun show.

Wonder how rare it is for charging rhinos to be in SE TN?

One thing I noticed is this gun has mechanical triggers, so if I wanted to I could pull both triggers at the same time. Not sure *I* want to......

You will be alright OP.  I recently toured the Kit Carson museum and one of his guns was on display, a SXS shotgun that I think was 4 gauge and he wasn't a big man.

Buddy of mine had a short barrel double 10 g,

We asked him if he had pulled both barrels at the same time, nope but watch this.

He got put into the woodpile at the blast.
