Your best choice would be to either post a WTB ad in the EE, or else go through j and g sales www.jgsales.com. They have GI 15rd mags for 14.95, still in wrap, though possibly showing a small, very small, bit of rust.

I have been finding a lot of 15 rd mags still in wrap at the local shows. I got my last one for $10.
