Ive been looking into a 40 cal Carbine of some type.

the only one I can find that will take a Hi cap magazine is the Kel-Tec with the Glock Mag well, but I hear after a couple of thousand rounds these guns will rattle apart.

Promag finally started making a 20 round 40 cal magazine for the Beretta Storm, but at $700 the storm isnt that appealing.

I really like the Ruger PC4 and I like the price, I just cant bring myself to buy a carbine with a 10rd magazine, anyone know of any aftermarked hi-caps?

Well, Ruger ships their .40 S&W guns with 11 round mags now, not that 1 round more means too much.  What about the pistol caliber Olympic carbines?  They are around the price of a Storm, maybe a little more, and you can get ones that take Glock mags.

promag makes a 20rd mag.  i picked up some random aftermarket 30rd 9mm mag for my ruger p95 from dkmags.  after a little filing it has worked fine.  you might be able to fiddle with it and make it work for the pc4.  it would probably hold ~25 rounds.
