The thought occured to me if I ever bought another "evil rifle"
 , I would want something that would be interchangable with standard USGI mags. I can name a few, AR180, Daewoo DR200, and the M96, did I miss any?

A few years back there were a couple places that converted Rem 700 and Win 70s to use AR-15 or M-14 mags! I beleave Stokes on the forums also had one that was built using Mini-14 mags as the Mini-14 has a better location of the cut for the mag release!
I haven't seen anything like this in a couple years but I would love to have a Rem 700 converted to use 20-rd M-16 mags if I could! Problem is the conversion will likley cost more than the gun is worth! |
