It seems like most of the barrels on the market now have 1/9 rate of twist but M193 was made with 1/7 in mind, right?

From a 16"  barrel with a rate of 1/9 what level of fragmentation can I expect from M193 and M855 and should I go to a 1/7?

First M193 is designed for a 1/12 twist barrel.  Second twist has ZERO effect on fragmentation.  The ammo forum is a better place to ask this.  Fragmentation of M193 is based solely on VELOCITY.
