I don't know what free floating handgaurd to get.

At first the FIRSH looked like a grat solution, but I saw Kurt's kustom has a nice free float tube as well.

What's everyone's thoughts on these 2 handguards?

ANother question is what brake from Kurt should I get? The A2 or A3 TAC?

My application is mostly plinking and some beNch work.

Also, whats the difference between turning the barrel or fluting the barrel?
( I know fluting lightens and creates a larger barrel area, so it cools quicker)

Thanks all.

Turning the barrel will lighten it more.  It makes the barrel smaller diameter under the handguards.  Fluting will allow the barrel to cool faster than the turned barrel but it will be heavier.

It get it turned.

On kurt's website, it says he can turn and flute the barrel.

How would that work?
