You get what you pay for. I am sure some or even all of the ammo is good stuff but if it impacts differently from shot to shot most of us would not want it. If you must have it then separate it by headstamp and shoot it. It really doesn’t matter who the manufacturers are. Don’t forget to re-zero your scope when you change headstamps.

wcc is Western Cartridge Co

RA could be Remington Arms Co, it should also have a year stamp.

ivi is CIL Industries (is it a shot shell?)

TZZ is Israel Military Industries

SMI---?

TZ & TZZ---Isreal Military Industries

IVI--- Canadian, well respected in 5.56

RA--- Remington, probably light purple primer seal, late 60's date (67-69?)

WCC--- Winchester, red primer seal, steel jacket bullet (copper plated)

What you bought was ammo that has been handed out, loaded in mags and carried around, turned in, tumbled clean, and repackaged. It will include some TZ 80 headstamp ammo, which should NOT be fired. The cases are bad and could blow up your rifle. Most of the rest is pretty decent, but only as range/practice ammo. You may get some misfires.

-Troy

how are the cases bad???
is this s known fact?

what are some good headstamps?
any good wwc tz fnm fn years?

The SMI is Italian, mine had the NATO cross.
The rounds just marked 7.62 are Yugoslavian.
