I dunno, but at 25 lbs, recoil might be barely tolerable! It would probably still need a brake...

When I was at Ft. Benning there was a 1/4 or 1/6th scale HUMMV in one of the training rooms, I really wanted that... the Army is great for making cool training aids,,,,

They had them at Parris Island in 82. Large scale training aids exist for M-1, M-1 carbine and M-1918 B.A.R. as well. Even incomplete examples command high prices.
