Not to familier with Export laws. Tried contacting some of the major manufactures and have not received any information...

Have an upper a guy is Sweden is quite interested in. Sounds like more hassle than it worth, but I would try anything once....

Any expertise out there dealing with such....
Also, accepting payment from such a deal...

The BATF makes you fill out a form to send and makes the person your sending it to fill out a form.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A.

1. Orders of more than US$100.00 require an export license (see #3).

2. The shipping bolts, barrels, or receivers without an export license.

3. An export license will require a purchase order from the customer and an import certificate from the foreign government. It will cost a minimum of US$100.00 in addition to the cost of the products and shipping/handling costs. It will take about 6 weeks to get approval (or denial) from the United States government.

4. Can only ship parts orders by U.S. mail. UPS, DHL, Federal Express, etc. will not take gun parts to overseas addresses. Average costs for Air Parcel Post Insured mail are between US$20.00 and US$30.00 per package. Some packages are heavier and cost even more to mail.

5. Cannot ship to Japan. Japanese customers can contact us for the name of a licensed gun dealer in Japan.

6. Customers in the Netherlands must provide an Import Certificate from their government. As per instructions from the Dutch government, we must have an Import Certificate for ALL shipments to the Netherlands.

7. Cannot ship to countries on the Prohibited List of the United States government. These countries include: Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijon, Belarus, Burma, China, Cuba, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montengro), Haiti, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, North Korea, Pakistan, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Vietnam, Yemen and Zaire. Can ship to Hong Kong -- it is exempted from the listing of China.
