im building an AR and i was wondering if any one could give me any info on the quality of some of the kits out there. for my first one i used  Rock River Arms and their stuff was top notch. for my new one i just wanted to shop around a little. if anyone could tell me anything about M&A, Model 1, Sherluck, or the slew of others out there i would be grateful.

rn45, how hard is it to barrel the upper?  Or did you buy a barreled upper and just mate it to the lower.  This is the last stumbling block for me, I've seen the diagrams for the lower and it looks like a cinch.

I bought a mock M4 kit from J&T and a RRA stripped lower from Gunsmoke Enterprises. Both look to be quality products. It took about an hour to assemble. I have put 200 rounds through it so far and no problems. I'm really happy with it.
