A Ruger 10/22-22 in SS.
I guss only Wal-Mart sells them. It's got a 22" barrel and NO barrel band (a free floating barrel?). sells for $214.00. Looks nice, but it's not on Ruger's web-site  ?

My brother bought one in Dallas a few months ago. It's a Wal-Fart exclusive. 22 inch barrel, HARDWOOD deluxe sporter stock, etc. It has a nice balance for a 10/22 with just a little more weight up front.

It is not a Wal-Mart Exclusive. They are sold at many gunshops around here. Most dealer do not carry them because the cheapest ones sell better. I have one and love it. I always hated the barrel band.
