Does anyone know anything about these?  I found one on gunamerica (unused) for like $135.  I was looking at the gemtech outback but that thing is $300 (plus the 200 transfer).  I am just looking for a toy to hook up to a .22 thompson contender.  I can find the db ratings on other suppressors but I haven't been able to find any information on the SWD ones (other than the once owners were kinda shady).  Does anyone know of any other affordable rimfire suppressors?

Nucular I am in the same boat as you. I have looked at several. I do not want an Aluminum one like the outback. I have found several all Stainless Steel ones for less than $300. They will handle full auto 22's. Quicksilver is the brand. I have heard them and they work well. I know the guy who makes them as well. He is a super nice guy. Here is some links that I have. Also Bowers made a good one if you can find one it is a CAC-22. There is one more that I can not think of and it was about $150.00 If I can find it I will post it.

The SWD can would most likely be of the older wipe type.
Check out the AAC unit similar to GemTech's outback it has stainless steel end cap threads compared to GemTeks use of aluminum threads.
