I am curious what these are going for around other parts of the country. I know from reading posts here that they can be tough to get, but holy hell! The only local store who has them, or will have them anytime soon, is basically asking full retail.

Is everyone experiencing this in their area?

Not sure about my area, but I bought my BM M4 off Gunbroker for $800/shipped.

That seems a little high. You can get the complete lower for about $250 or less. Then the complete upper for $500-$550. That will be about $800 in the end.

Paid $890 out the door at a gunshow April of last year. Mine's an A2 14.5" with mini-y comp.

Shoulda been able to do better, didn't know then what I know now.

I put mine together for around 900. 300 for he lower, 400 for the upper, 100 for bolt carrier group and charging handle, and 100 for the Carry handle (rounded off)

$ 1100 ???? RUN from that store man !!! Christ, they only go for $ 800 to $ 900

You should be able to land one for about 800 -900 bucks. 1100 is way too much for a postban bushmaster. You might as well add an extra 100 bucks and get yourself a preban.

I suspect some price gouging over there in PA. Try Gunsmoke. Ed has some M4 post bans for a good deal I believe 699.99 if I am not mistaken.

Keep in mind that a Government M16A2 service rifle is about 459.00

I saw 3 different postban Bushie M4geries at the recent Syracuse, NY gunshow, ranging from $849 to $900 plus. A few months back, I found one at an area gunshop, possibly unfired, for $695. I told a friend about it who picked it up for $650. Nice shooting gun. Heh, I also go to a gunshop in Syracuse who had one on the shelf for ~$1100. They are rapidly gaining a bad price reputation. However, they did sell it (and other similarly priced Bushies) at that high price.

What part of PA are you in? I live near Philadelphia, and could recommend a couple of shops that would transfer in a rifle from Ed at Gunsmoke or some other reasonable dealer without gouging you on the transfer. Let me know if I can help.
