I'm seeing this magazine on gunbroker.com I bid up to 17.00 but have not met the reserve. Steel mags for the HK are only 5-10.00. How much should I pay for this thermold?

I'm looking at a 16" DPMS barrel (.960) the bidding is at $154 - They retail for $170
Does anyone here have any positive feedback about this auction site? I mean really - Most retailers will beat the list price by this much or more.

I sold my thermolds at $25 a piece. Though, I wouldn't recommend these things, they caused jams in my hk91 every 30 rnds.

Your decision, I did not have good experiences with the two I owned.

I have 2, and have never had a failure. I'd say pay $25 max.

I've got 12 of them and they work great in my HK, FWIW. I gave anywhere from $12-$20 for them. I would not pay too much for them now with real HK mags as low as they are.

Now my next question.

Do the HK-91 mags function interchangably in the G3?

What does FWIW mean?

HK-91 and G3 are interchangable terms to most civilians. The only difference is that HK-91 distinguishes the model as Semi-Auto and the G3 as Semi AND Full Auto.
