Has anyone used these slugs in there shotgun they are clear and from looking at them they look too have not too much powder, the recoil is not bad at all compared too most slugs. any idea if they are loaded light for a 12ga?

I use them. They are intended to be low recoil rounds, much like the low recoil "tactical" buckshot they make. They still pack a punch though. From 20 feet away they'll go strait through a 4-5" thick alder tree:-). (Well, they go in, and the back half of the tree along with the slug goes out:-).

I use them and Buckshoot for clearing trails sometimes. . . .

Oh, I think they are just a standard load, with about the same ammount of poweder as most regular 12-ga birdshot. THey are certaintly not heavy loads!
