I just got this ATI top folding stock fot my mossberg 500, A top folding stock is legal on this shotgun right?, because it is not semi auto??????

It is legal as long as the OAL remains greater than 26".z

That depends on where you live, in OR it is ok.
Don't you just love the selective 2nd amendment? What part of "shall not be infringed" do you not understand? |
