Where would I find this service?

US Anodizing is a good option but as of 1-2 months ago, they weren't taking any extra work, so I'd check with them.

There's another anodizer located in Titusville, FL but I can't remember their name right now.  I think I've seen @DangerDan reccomend them in the past.

Synergy Metal Finishing

I deal with them on a regular basis and highly recommend their work.

They can also strip the old finish if you like.

Depends on what kind of anodized finish you are looking for. The list of shops that anodize and also have a ffl is not that long.
