PVS-26
Looking to mount the MDT Long Top Rail System to a SA Remington Model 700 AAC-SD SPS Tactical. Is this Night Vision Rail long enough for me to be able to mount a Steiner 3-12x56 day scope (30mm tube) which is 15 inches long in conjunction with the PVS-26? Also any idea on ring height for Steiner that will allow the bell of the day scope to clear the drop in the NV rail and still co-witness with the PVS-26? Pic of rail. 
Mods this is a NV topic and would receive no responses in the optics section as shown by the fact that there were no responses to a thread I started about the MDT rail itself. Thanks |

It should work, though you may have to inch a bit closer than what KAC would recommend but it still should not interfere with you shooting things.
