Any decent thermal monocular around the 500 dollar mark that can spot a deer or elk at 300-400 yards at 40-50 degrees yet?

The future is moving too slow and too expensive

The FLIR Scout TK is really the onlt thermal device close to your budget.

There's that and the leupold lto thing.  I assume both are useless at spotting game at 300-400 yards or they'd advertise it to do so.

I've heard the Leupold one is junk, but I use the Scout TK off and on and it's pretty good for the money. I haven't tried it yet at 300-400 yds though.

Not in your price range, but the Pulsar HD19a will meet your needs. I’ve had mine for about three years. Their customer support is amazing! If you can find a used one, jump at it.
