Well I haven't hung a PVS 14 off of a Night Force but I have done it off the back of a Leupold M1LRT 3.5 to 10. The problems you run into are these. Much above 6X and the image quality really drops off due to light loss. Then you have the issue of the NVD moving your cheek weld back about 5 or 6 inches other than that it worked well enough to do the deed. I still maintain that for a Long range day sight to be used in conjunction with night vision the UNS is the best out there. tooooooo bad an UNS is $8500 and up if you can get one...

As what Pete stated...Here are some pics of a 14 hanging off a Leupy LR 3.5-10 with a PVS-14 Universal Adapter. The 10x shot (well actually it was not dialed up all the way, 9x) was taken with "Da-Torch" IR illuminator. Distance to the roof-top, approx. 75 yards. To get the correct eye relief for me I mount the scope forward as you can see. When using it for day stuff, I move it back to the pre-assigned rail (day) slot. Not the most optimal espicially with light loss at 40% or more during high magnifications. I saw the UNS at the Shot Show and I they WILL run in the 8K range or higher based on the model you choose. I will be uploading some info here on the Knight UNS shortly.
