My dealer called me yesterday. Both are in. I did them as individuals. I’m still waiting on a form 4 trust from the same batch. |

Form 4 Trust Paperwork completed: 5/22/19 Paperwork submitted: Who knows Credit card charged: 7/10/19 Approved: 4/10/20 Arrived at FFL: Who knows Dealer acknowledged they have stamp: 7/23/20 49 days from submission to check cashed 275 days from check cashed to approval 104 days from approval to stamp "recieved" 428 days total. FML. Not including the time it took between ordering the suppressor from LaRue and it arriving at my FFL. Dealing with an FFL that I believe sat on my stamp for a while. They blew me off for a while until I called the ATF myself this morning and found my stamp was approved over three months ago. Now they "found" it. Could be the ATF dragging their feet, but pretty sure it was the FFL. |

I'm going to pick one up today that was cashed on 5/5/20. Trust, 1 RP. The stamp arrived last week and I'm just getting to pick it up.
ETA - Approved 30 June. Another stamp at a different dealer was also approved. Check cashed the day after. But what's weird is there were two other stamps that were not included, and there is still another stamp out there from February at yet another dealer that has not arrived. |

I picked up 4 silencers today that transferred on Form 4's; all B&T manufactured. Two are B&T marked, and two are HK marked.
Edit: These were on a trust with one responsible person. Three of the form 4's were: Submitted: 7/12/19 Approved: 6/25/20 In my hands: 8/29/20 The fourth: Submitted: 7/16/19 Approved: 8/19/20 In my hands: 8/29/20 My dealer got the Form 4's back today. She had checked on them about two or three weeks ago and found out the first 3 were approved in late June, but they hadn't received anything. She called and asked the ATF to resend the approved paperwork. Interestingly, I've posted on this thread about two other Form 4s that were submitted to the ATF after these but were approved before these. Clearly there is no rhyme or reason to NFA stuff. |
