I am able to get my required signatures today but most likely wont be able to send my paperwork off for a few weeks.
Curious if they will turn down my paperwork if the date on my forms isn't within a certain timeframe?  Thank for your time

I wouldn't worry about a few weeks here or there.

One guy sent in his Form 4 around 20 months after the dealer signed it, and it was approved (I don't recommend trying this).  There was a whole big disaster thread on it because of a lack of communication between the dealer and customer (customer moved), and other things, but the ATF did send back the forms as "approved" pending a new serial number
