I'm at 321 days right now for a July 5th submission that got bumped by "PENDING RESEARCH" to July 27th and a control number of 3614xx. I've still got 31,000 apps between mine and what the latest approved control numbers are (July 11th to July 27th).

At their current calculated production rate over the last month of 215 apps per day, I'm looking at another 145 days for 66 weeks total. In May they went from July 7th to July 11th on submission dates.

In May, ATF only processed 6700 Form 1 applications.based on reported efile control numbers on NFA Tracker. If you look at the graph on Tracker, it's approaching vertical for processing days.

I had the same thing happen, it went pending research to July 29th. My control number is 3665xx. I'm going to be waiting for a while.

A big part of the reason is that they hung on to the Form 4 until July 5 in spite of the fact that they advertised at that time they would submit the Form 3 and 4 at the same time. So much for that.
