345 days for my last 2 form 1 SBR's. July 11, 2016 submissions efile on trust Form 1 for SBR Control # 3335xx and 3338xx Both approved today. |

I mailed two form 1's, SBR, and suppressor, in on the trust deadline last July, the 12th I think it was. I received a voice mail yesterday from an examiner, Katherine, that she has a question on the name I was to engrave for my suppressor. I called her back to confirm and all seemed good. I asked her if she had my other form 1 for the sbr and she said no. Today I called NFA to check status on both forms, SBR was approved yesterday and suppressor is still pending. Thought it would be the other way around from the phone call.

Just got a call from BATFE on a Form 4 paper Trust transfer from personal owner to my trust. Bank charged on 7-13-16. Wanted pictures of the barrel length and overall length. OAL was 30" that I had right. Barrel is 12" but I had down 11." I told him I might be off an inch and he said no problem.
So now the wait really starts. Greg |

I feel like I won the tax stamp lottery today. I got an email from the ATF this morning saying my eform was approved for my SBR. And then later I got a call from my dealer saying the stamps for my 2 suppressors are in.

Filed several Form-1s. Paper. Paid for half with check and half with CC.
The ones paid for with check arrived a couple days ago approved. The ones paid for with CC still outstanding. Both check and CC were cashed/run on the same day. Weird. And if that's not enough, even though both form 1's were identically filled out with trust info, one of them was kicked back for having the trust name in the "Trade name" field. The other one passed through just fine, but apparently this one has to be crossed out and resubmitted. I guess I'm looking forward to some more waiting on this one

Batch of paper trust form 1's and form 4's. All mailed on 41f cut off day July 12 2016 and all approved together on July 8th 2017. Waiting on stamps in postal mail. Only sent one copy of trust with all forms so perhaps why all approved together vs separate approval dates like i've previously had.
