It could be done.  You'd have to have the barrel turned down and threaded to the proper thread pitch for whatever supressor you're looking to buy.  I think most are 1/2 x 28, just like most flash hiders.  I think Adco Firearms can do this for you.  Check their website for cost.  I honestly don't think there will be much of a sound difference if you're running true varmint ammo through it.  Find some subsonic and then you're in business.  MJD
