M1 carbine .30

Yes, as long as they are surplus and not modern reproductions.

I agree with pepperbelly.  All should be C&R if they are USGI and in original military configuration.

I was just about to post how 1956 and 1957 Garands are not C&R, but the updated ATF C&R list now includes those.

U.S. Rifle, caliber .30, M1, original issue only, produced prior to 1958.

They did finally fix that.<G>

They also got the 80% of the Ishapore 2A1's that weren't considered C&R.
