Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - M38 Mosin Nagant with an M38 stock...Are they hard to get??

I have a chance to buy a 100% correct M38 Mosin-Nagant for $100.00. It has all matching numbers and has a correct M38 stock.

I have been planning on ordering an M38 with my C&R but I'm afraid that I will get one with an M44 stock. Can a correct version be requested or is it luck of the draw? Are correct M38's hard to find?

Call and ask SOG for a correct stock handpick, they do have them! ($99.00)
