Where are the Semi autos?

I remember back in the late 80s there were great deals on semi autos everywhere...Hakims, FN49s etc. What happened? Import laws? Do you guys think we will ever see them again?

Don't get me wrong...I love the crop of great bolt guns we have available now...Just wish I'd picked up a few of those semis back when the gettin was good.

SKS's are pretty cheap now. A shooter is under $100.

I would like a G43 or K43 but I can't justify $1000 + when I dont have a .308 Remington 700 or equivalent yet.

I payed 400 bucks for my Hakim. and the last fun show here, a table had a F49 in 8mm for $700, I had the cash for it, but i was stupid and bought a surefire and a couple cases of XM855 instead....

Wanna be sick? Hakims and FNs were about 100 bucks each back in the late 80s

Yep I paid $99 for my Hakim back inthe mid 80's. Too bad I was only making $5 an hour or I would have gone hog wild on m,any items. Swedes for under $80, FN's for under $200 along with G-43's for under $400.

thats probly why they were only 100 bucks

inflation is a bitch,

yeah im making 10 bucks a hour at my job but $ doesnt go as far as it used to
