Brownells had it last week. Gotta have a discount code and free shipping to make it worth while. The discount code usually doesn't apply to the ammo.

It's around but seems slower in coming down in price. Other stuff seems to be around and coming down faster is Aguila et al.

My local Walmart has had it regularly in stock. 5 out of 6 trips. ~3.50/50. Ive grabbed about 1000 in the last couple months. Now that I have my suppressor I need to stack it deep. My s&w 22victory won't keep bulk pack subsonic. I should have bought the 3" barrel I saw on ebay 6 months ago.
